Job summary

DSM-Firmenich in Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia, seeks a Plant Controller, Manager to partner with plant leadership. You will drive financial performance, enable strategic decision making, and ensure governance through robust analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and stakeholder management, with emphasis on Excel proficiency and English fluency. This position is on-site in Bekasi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent English, with communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects
• Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, contraols, and cross functional collaboration
• Involvement in regional and global activities projects
