Job summary

dsm-firmenich in Indonesia is seeking a Plant Controller, Manager to act as the finance business partner for the plant leadership, driving performance and supporting strategic decision-making through robust financial analysis and business insights.

As a Plant Controller, Manager, you will assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management, identify opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX, and support business transformation and investment projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
