Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance/Controlling/Audit or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage.

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
• Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, controls, and cross functional collaboration.
• Involvement in regional and global activities projects.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent English, with communication and stakeholder management skills
