Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Plant Controller, Manager for the Ciluengsi area in Indonesia. You will act as the finance partner to plant management, driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across manufacturing operations, while identifying opportunities to optimize cash flow, inventory, and capex.

You will support transformation initiatives, enhance governance, and collaborate cross‑functionally on regional and global projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage.
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluent English with communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision‑making.
Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, controls, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Involvement in regional and global activities/projects.
