You will collaborate with regional peers, work with vendors to select the right technology, define scope with engineering teams, and support business cases for automation investments, cybersecurity, and OT/data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and support plant automation projects across AMEA seed production sites.
• Collaborate with regional and global engineering peers to align standards and share cross-regional expertise.
• Work with vendors on selecting the right technology for today and the future.
• Define scope of work on capital automation projects with engineering teams on short and medium terms.
• Support the business cases on automation and OT/data related investments.
