Job summary

PT Lion Super Indo is seeking an experienced Retail Merchandising professional to develop, maintain and optimize enterprise planograms that translate category strategies into in-store execution, ensuring effective product visibility and space productivity across stores.

You will collaborate with category teams to drive commercial performance in existing, remodeled, and new stores, applying knowledge of category management, space planning, and store operations to optimize assortment and shelf

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, Category Management, Space Planning, Planogram, Store Planning, or Commercial Analytics.
• Experience supporting grocery or modern retail operations is preferred.
• Has knowledge of Category Management principles, Retail merchandising and space planning, Store operations and merchandising standards, Product assortment and shelf optimization, Retail performance analysis, Project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise planograms to translate category strategies into in-store execution.
