Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Analytics, or related field.
• Strong background in space planning and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and experience in developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Space Productivity: Analyze store space performance using metrics like sales per square meter, foot traffic, and conversion rates; identify underperforming areas and recommend improvements.
• Implement Optimization Strategies & Improve Processes: Execute initiatives to enhance space productivity; collaborate with Merchandising and Operations to implement and measure changes.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct detailed analyses of space performance and provide actionable insights to senior management; prepare accurate reports and strategic recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to align space strategies with broader business objectives; communicate with brand partners to resolve performance issues.
• Lead and Develop Team: Oversee team performance and support their technical and managerial development; provide coaching and training to strengthen analytical and strategic capabilities.
