Job summary

FocacciAmo & Co. invites a passionate baker to join its artisan Italian bakery and restaurant team in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.

You will prepare breads, focaccia, pizza dough and other bakery items to our handcrafted standards, mixing, fermenting, proofing, and baking with care. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Baker.
• Experienced in artisan bread, focaccia, pizza dough, or similar bakery products.
• Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine is preferred.
• Passion for baking, attention to detail, and commitment to product quality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake artisan breads, focaccia, pizza dough, and other bakery products according to company standards.
• Mix, ferment, proof, and bake dough while ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Assist in preparing bakery items that support the restaurant's Italian menu.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the bakery area.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
