Qualifications

• Professional experience in a restaurant kitchen, ideally in pizza or casual dining operations.
• Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen workflow management.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Ability to work efficiently during peak hours, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Willingness to follow established recipes while contributing ideas for menu improvements.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, work in a hot kitchen, and handle moderate lifting.
• Previous experience in a Chef, Cook, or Line Cook role; culinary training or certification is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas and related menu items, ensuring consistent taste, presentation, and portion standards.
• Manage food preparation and operate kitchen equipment safely.
