Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the oncology pharmacy service, overseeing aseptic compounding of cytotoxic therapies, clinical support, and overall operations. This role emphasizes medication safety, regulatory compliance, and team development.

You will ensure safe handling of hazardous drugs, maintain licencing, and drive cost-effective procurement and inventory controls while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team for optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• Apothecary qualification with valid STRA and SIPA is required.
• At least 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience, including 3 years in oncology and hands-on aseptic/cytotoxic compounding.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial pharmacy role.
• Strong knowledge of chemotherapy protocols and hazardous drug handling.
• Experience with pharmacy information systems and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented, safety-focused leader with good Bahasa Indonesia and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead dispensing, aseptic cytotoxic compounding, clinical verification of chemotherapy orders, and patient counselling.
• Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and quality systems for safe handling of hazardous drugs.
• Ensure compliance with BPOM, Ministry of Health, and accreditation requirements; maintain licences and documentation.
• Manage procurement, inventory, cold chain, expiry control, and cost management for high-value oncology medicines.
• Provide clinical pharmacy input to the multidisciplinary team: dose verification, drug interactions, supportive care, and protocol review.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop pharmacists and pharmacy technicians; oversee competency assessments.
• Lead medication-error reporting, investigation, and prevention initiatives.
• Participate in Pharmacy committee activities and formulary management.

Job description

The Pharmacy Manager leads the oncology pharmacy service, including aseptic compounding of cytotoxic and biological therapies, clinical pharmacy support, and pharmacy operations. You will be accountable for medication safety, regulatory compliance, inventory management, and the development of the pharmacy team.

Key responsibilities

Lead all pharmacy operations: dispensing, aseptic cytotoxic compounding, clinical verification of chemotherapy orders, and patient counselling

Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and quality systems for safe handling of hazardous drugs, in line with national regulations and international best practice

Ensure compliance with BPOM, Ministry of Health, and accreditation requirements; maintain licences and documentation

Job Requirements:
