Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Engineering (or an equivalent Associate's with significant experience) and has at least 3 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including 1 year in a supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field; Associate's degree with significant experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of production personnel to ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing operations.
• Ensure adherence to all cGMP, safety, and environmental regulations during production.
• Monitor production schedules, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to meet production targets.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production operators.
• Oversee the accurate completion of batch records, production logs, and other relevant documentation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts to enhance productivity and quality.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
