Job summary

PT Hisamitsu Pharma Indonesia seeks an experienced Assistant Production Manager to oversee daily production at the Sidoarjo facility. You will ensure GMP/CPOB compliance, drive safety, and optimize manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities include leading the production team, planning resources, coordinating with QA/QC/Engineering and other departments, and implementing CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives. A Pharmacist Professional Degree and 5+ years in pharma are required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist Professional Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in production.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of GMP/CPOB/CPAKB and manufacturing processes.
• Willing to be based at Headquarters Factory, Sidoarjo.
• Experience leading production teams and solving deviations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production operations within the assigned building.
• Ensure production activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with GMP/CPOB and company procedures.
• Plan and monitor production activities, manpower, and resources to achieve production targets.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the production team to ensure effective performance and discipline.
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Lead or participate in production-related projects and improvement initiatives.
• Support the investigation and resolution of production deviations, quality issues, and operational problems.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, PPIC, Warehouse, and other related departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Ensure proper implementation and completion of CAPA, change control, and other corrective/improvement actions.
• Promote a culture of quality, compliance, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the production area.
