Job summary

PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (APL), a Zuellig Pharma company, seeks a Professional Sales Representative to drive revenue by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting products across Jabodetabek. This role builds brand relationships and closes deals while representing the company in the market.

The PSR will plan visits, conduct promotions, and coordinate with customers and principals to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Must possess SIM C driving license.
• Strong knowledge of marketing, presentation, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Create daily and monthly visit plans covering all outlets in the area to provide data for visit schedules and to determine steps to achieve targets.
• Carry out visits and promotions to customers and report the realization of the previous month's visit to the direct supervisor.
• Foster good relations with internal and external parties (customers & principals) to improve coordination quality.
• Execute sales strategies and activities, offer programs for principal products and monitor discounts per policies to achieve targets and increase sales.
• Monitor effective call and coverage achievement for customers in line with master list targets; ensure timely billing and deposits to achieve target collections for the rayon.
