• Pharmacist professional education is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a production supervisor role.
• Experience with NBL products or pharmacy products preferred.
• GMP and HACCP knowledge is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production operators with training and feedback.
• Plan and control production schedules to meet demand.
• Monitor processes and resolve bottlenecks.
• Enforce quality control to meet specs.
