Job summary

PT.ZXP technology indonesia is seeking a capable Permit specialist to join our North Sulawesi team on a full-time basis. You will manage permit and licence applications, liaise with government agencies, and ensure regulatory compliance across all telecom operations.

You will maintain records, monitor expiry dates, and coordinate renewals while keeping internal stakeholders informed of status and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in permit management, regulatory compliance or government relations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian telecommunications regulations and licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with government agencies.
• Highly organised with meticulous documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple permits and regulatory matters simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, preparing and submitting permit and licence applications to relevant government authorities and regulatory bodies
• Liaising with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure timely approval of permits and licences required for telecommunications operations
• Maintaining comprehensive records of all permits, licences and regulatory approvals, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking systems
• Monitoring permit and licence expiration dates and coordinating renewal applications in advance of deadlines
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, legislation and regulatory requirements specific to the telecommunications industry
• Preparing and compiling regulatory documentation and reports as required by government authorities
• Communicating permit status and regulatory compliance matters to relevant internal stakeholders and management
• Investigating and resolving permit-related issues, delays or non-compliance matters promptly and effectively
• Staying informed of changes in telecommunications regulations and advising the organisation of impacts and required actions

About the role
We are seeking a PERMIT specialist to join our team on a full-time basis in North Sulawesi. This role is crucial to our operations, as you will be responsible for managing and overseeing permit-related matters that are essential to our telecommunications business. You will work with government agencies, regulatory bodies and internal departments to ensure that all necessary permits, licences and regulatory compliance requirements are obtained and maintained. This position plays a vital strategic role in enabling our company to operate legally and efficiently across all our service areas.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in permit management, regulatory compliance or government relations, preferably within the telecommunications industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian telecommunications regulations, licensing requirements and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government agencies and internal stakeholders
• Exceptional organisational and documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple permit applications and regulatory matters simultaneously whilst maintaining accuracy
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory procedures in the telecommunications sector
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages, both written and verbal
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
• Familiarity with government systems, procedures and administrative processes in North Sulawesi and Indonesia would be advantageous
