Job summary

About the role

We are seeking a PERMIT specialist to join our team at PT.ZXP Technology Indonesia in West Bogor, West Java, on a full-time basis. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on the management and coordination of permits and regulatory compliance within the telecommunications sector. The PERMIT specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring our organisation maintains full compliance with all statutory requirements and governmental regulations, whilst facilitating smooth operational processes across all business functions. This position requires a dedicated professional who can navigate complex regulatory landscapes and maintain strategic relationships with relevant authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating the application, renewal, and maintenance of all necessary permits and licences required for telecommunications operations
• Liaising with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure timely submission of documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Monitoring changes in telecommunications regulations and ensuring the organisation remains compliant with new requirements
• Maintaining comprehensive records of all permits, licences, and regulatory documentation
• Preparing and submitting regulatory reports and compliance documentation as required by authorities
• Conducting audits of permit compliance across operational departments
• Supporting internal teams with permit-related guidance and regulatory information
• Identifying potential compliance risks and recommending preventive measures
• Coordinating with legal and finance departments on permit-related matters and associated costs

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in permit management, regulatory compliance, or a related role within the telecommunications industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian telecommunications regulations and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent understanding of government licensing and permitting procedures at national and local levels
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple permits and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with government officials and internal stakeholders
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
• Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience working with Indonesian government agencies is highly valued
