Job summary

Seven Retail Group in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Associate to own end-to-end paid campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, driving performance and business outcomes.

You will manage budgets, testing, and optimization, translate data into actionable recommendations, and stay updated on platform changes to maximize growth. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in performance marketing and can demonstrate impact across audiences and conversions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in performance marketing or paid social
• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Strong ability to analyze campaign data and derive strategies
• Understanding funnel strategy, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
• Experience targeting Malaysia market is a plus
• Knowledge of GA4 and digital campaign tracking

Your Day-to-Day

• Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, with a strong focus on performance and business outcomes.
  
• Manage campaign structures, budgets, bidding strategies, placements, creatives, and audience segments to achieve performance targets.
  
• Monitor campaign performance closely and proactively identify opportunities to grow efficiently
• Lead ongoing testing and experimentation across ad creatives, messaging, audiences, offers, campaign objectives, placements, and bidding strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations and growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets based on performance, business priorities, and expected returns.
• Stay up to date with changes to Meta and TikTok algorithms, ad products, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or paid social advertising, with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify performance drivers, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  
• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including funnel strategy, audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, creative testing, budget optimization, bidding, and campaign scaling
• Experience managing campaigns targeting the Malaysia market would be a strong advantage.
• Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 and digital campaign tracking, including Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, conversion tracking, and event tracking
• Working knowledge of SEM and SEO, including an understanding of keyword strategy, search campaign performance, website traffic, and organic search fundamentals.
• Good understanding of website performance and conversion optimization, including landing page performance and customer journey analysis.
