Seven Retail is seeking a Performance Marketing Associate to join our team in Jakarta. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive leads and revenue.

You will monitor performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CVR, and ROAS, conduct A/B testing, manage budgets, and collaborate with colleagues to align campaigns with business goals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing, lead generation, and performance optimization.
• Experience analyzing campaign metrics, managing budgets, and conducting A/B testing.
• Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable making decisions based on campaign performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and communicate insights and recommendations clearly.
