Ematic Solutions is seeking a full‑time Marketing internship to join our AI‑driven campaigns across APAC. You’ll work hands‑on with AI tools, run campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more, and learn how to optimize performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Ideal candidates are final year students or fresh graduates in Marketing or related fields, eager to learn, detail oriented, and comfortable with data analysis. This paid internship offers growth and cross‑department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creation, implementation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn and more.
• Set up, execute, and optimize paid channels including YouTube, SEM, Display, Facebook, Instagram.
• Analyze large datasets using tools like Google Analytics and translate into insights.
• Proactively identify issues and deliver effective solutions during campaign setup and execution.
• Design split tests on Google Ads and Facebook Ads using customer data and third-party tools.
• Conduct ad effectiveness studies for Facebook and Google advertisers.
• Communicate complex technical topics to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Designers, and Sales teams.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Assist in the creation, implementation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Set up, Execute, Optimize various paid channels including YouTube, SEM, Display, Facebook, Instagram but not limited to different biddable channels
• Strong analytical skills. Able to analyze large data set via different analytical tools i.e Google Analytics & translate into meaningful insights
• Proactive to identify issues & deliver effective solutions during campaign set up, implementation & post campaign
• Design split tests on Google Ads & Facebook Ads by using customer data and third‑party tools
• Conduct in‑depth standard and custom ad effectiveness studies for Facebook & Google advertisers.
• Strong communications skill to communicate complex technical topics to client & internal stakeholders
• Close collaboration with cross‑functional partners such as the Account Managers, Designers, and Sales team.

What We’re Looking For

• Available for a full‑time internship (6 months paid internship)
• Preferably a fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree in Marketing, business, management in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements
• A fast and continuous learner, especially in this fast changing technology driven environment
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and perform effectively under pressure
• A good team player and aims to continue improving with the team and also able to work within and cross departments
• Have basic knowledge on Microsoft office and Google Suite
• Interest in and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and a basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompting, and AI agents. You’ll have opportunities to apply these skills in real projects and grow your expertise with us.
