Ematic Solutions is seeking a motivated intern to join our AI-enabled marketing team in Jakarta. This paid 6-month internship offers hands-on experience with CRM platforms, AI-powered tools, and cross-department collaboration.

You will assist in customer support, documentation, and integration testing while learning modern marketing tech in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Available for a full time internship (6 months, paid internship).
• Pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree in Information Technology with good academic achievements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer and technical support for the company’s CRM platform, including handling queries and troubleshooting.
• Assist in documenting support cases and ensuring timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Help prepare technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to improve internal efficiency and customer self-service.
• Contribute to platform integrations, including pixel implementation, SDK setups, and API-based workflows.
• Participate in testing, data validation, and quality assurance of integrations to maintain data integrity.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Be part of challenging assignments and internal projects that contribute to business growth
• Provide customer and technical support related to the company’s CRM platform, including attending to customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and handling technical requests
• Assist in documenting support cases, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction
• Support in preparing technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to improve internal efficiency and customer self-service
• Contribute to platform integrations, including pixel implementation (e.g., via JavaScript/GTM), SDK setups, and API-based workflows
• Participate in testing, data validation, and quality assurance of integrations, ensuring accurate event tracking and maintaining data integrity across systems
• Assist in internal process improvements, proof-of-concepts, and tool evaluations to support customer-facing and internal initiatives
• Perform other related functions as assigned by your manager, supporting both customer-facing and internal initiatives
• Responsible for ad-hoc assignments, functions, and other related duties as specified by your manager

What We\'re Looking For

• Available for a full time internship (6 months, paid internship)
• Preferably a fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree in Information Technology in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements
• A fast and continuous learner, especially in this fast changing technology driven environment
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
• Have a strong interest in problem solving translated from data .
• A good team player and aims to continue improving with the team and also able to work within and cross departments
• Have basic knowledge on Microsoft office and Google Suite
• Interest in and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and a basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompting, and AI agents. You’ll have opportunities to apply these skills in real projects and grow your expertise with us.
