Job summary

Great Giant Foods in Jakarta is offering an internship position through MagangHub to support HR and Organization Development activities. You will help with day-to-day OD projects, Performance Management administration, and HR data management.

Ideal candidates are majors in psychology, management, or industrial engineering who have graduated within the last 12 months and are eager to gain hands-on experience in HR analytics, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in psychology, management, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• Recent graduates within the last 12 months preferred.
• Strong organizational and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Organization Development activities and projects.
• Assist with Performance Management administration, reporting, and documentation.
• Support organization structure updates, analysis, and employee data management.
• Prepare, validate, and analyze HR data; develop reports and presentations.
• Conduct benchmarking on HR and OD best practices across organizations.
• Manage project documentation, approval processes, and HR system administration.
• Support strategic HR initiatives such as PM, Promotion, Gamification, EES, and more.

Requirements:

Major: Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related majors.

Job Description:

• Support day-to-day Organization Development (OD) activities and projects.
• Assist with Performance Management administration, reporting, and documentation.
• Support organization structure updates, organization analysis, and employee data management.
• Prepare, validate, and analyze HR data; develop reports and presentation materials.
• Conduct benchmarking on HR and OD best practices across organizations.
• Manage project documentation, approval processes, and HR system administration.
• Support strategic HR initiatives such as Performance Management, Promotion, Gamification, National Talent Forum, Employee Engagement Survey (EES), Manpower Planning (MPP), and award/speaker event preparations.
• Assist in the execution of Performance Management and Organization Development projects and initiatives, and perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
