Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years running Meta, Google Ads, YouTube and/or TikTok Ads hands-on for a DTC / F&B / CPG or subscription brand.
• Proficiency with Meta Advantage+ campaigns, CAPI/first‑party data setup post‑iOS14.5, and Performance Max / Search.
• Ability to read a funnel and explain underperformance beyond ROAS alone.
• Comfort owning and pacing a monthly media budget across multiple live campaigns and products.
• Sharp creative instincts for food & beverage targeting a Jakarta audience.
• Proficient in GA4, Google Sheets/Excel and pulling reporting as an individual contributor.
• Clear, plain-spoken communicator capable of direct collaboration with non-media stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Day-to-day management of Meta and Google Ads accounts: structure, budgets, bidding, targeting, testing.
• Move reporting to a full-funnel view using CTR, add-to-cart, cost per purchase, ROAS, with consistent rhythm.
• Ad hygiene: pause underperforming ads and campaigns on a regular cadence.
• Reconciling data across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Shopify to ensure a single truth.
• Run structured creative and audience tests with the Creative pillar for new products.
• Advise on landing page strategy with e-commerce emphasis on product pages.
• Weekly reporting to Brand Manager on spend, funnel performance, and test results.
• Experiment and A/B test on new ads platforms and features relevant for the brand.
