Job summary

PT. Wonderlab in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a digital advertising specialist to own campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. You will optimize budgets, craft audience strategies, and drive measurable results with a strong focus on CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.

You will collaborate with in-house creative teams to develop effective ad content and provide weekly updates plus monthly performance reports based on clear targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in paid digital advertising.
• Experience managing campaigns with real budgets.
• Strong portfolio or case studies with measurable results.
• Comfortable with CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate & ROAS metrics.
• Responsive and able to weekly check-in.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage & optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage TikTok Ads & Google Ads when needed
• Build and optimize audiences, including retargeting & lookalikes
• Provide creative briefs and recommendations for ad content
• Run A/B testing to improve campaign performance
• Set up & monitor tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API & TikTok Pixel
• Monitor campaigns regularly and optimize budgets toward agreed targets
• Provide a short weekly performance update
• Prepare a monthly campaign performance report
