Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. is seeking a motivated paid media specialist to manage campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok from our Jakarta office. You’ll translate objectives into audience, bidding, budgets, and creative decisions while monitoring performance and running iterative optimization tests.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, curiosity, and cross-functional collaboration with planners, clients, and platform partners to drive impactful results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in biddable media, paid media, digital advertising, or ad operations, ideally within an agency.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or programmatic platforms.
• You genuinely enjoy getting into the detail of paid media and figuring out what moves performance.
• Data gives you direction, but curiosity makes you dig deeper.
• Comfortable making decisions, testing hypotheses, and changing course when the evidence tells you to.
• Organized enough to manage multiple campaigns and priorities without losing the detail.
• Curious about people, platforms, algorithms, creative, technology, and what makes behaviour change.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Translate campaign objectives into decisions around audiences, bidding, budgets, targeting, placements, and creative.
• Monitor performance and investigate the why behind the numbers, identifying what to change and where to push further.
• Run tests, learn from the results, and turn those learnings into the next optimization.
• Partner with planners, clients, creative teams, and platform specialists to solve problems and improve campaign outcomes.
• Keep campaign setup, tracking, pacing, documentation, and reporting accurate and on track.
