Antarestar seeks a digital advertising specialist to manage campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Shopee Ads, planning, executing, and optimizing strategies to drive awareness and sales while maintaining budget discipline.

You will analyze performance data, test creatives, and implement data-driven optimizations. Stay current with platform updates to maximize results for Indonesian markets.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads Manager, particularly consideration campaigns, and Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of marketplace advertising, especially Shopee Ads, beyond social media advertising.
• Proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets, ideally around IDR 100–500 million per month.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate ad creative performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Data-driven, detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn new advertising strategies and tools.
• Able to make informed decisions based on campaign performance data and continuously improve advertising effectiveness.
