McEasy Inc. is seeking a hands-on People Partner Manager to build and establish the company's people management framework from the ground up. You will focus on performance management, career development, job leveling, grading, and talent management, shaping processes, tools, and guidelines to drive organizational growth.

You will collaborate closely with C-level and department heads to set up robust frameworks, KPIs, and analytics that support employee growth and business success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Human Resources with a focus on performance management and organization development.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or team-lead role preferred.
• Experience building and implementing performance management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of job architecture, leveling, and grading.
• Proficient in KPI/OKR setting, calibration, and succession planning.
• Analytical with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication; capable of leading from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the company's people management framework from the ground up.
• Develop structured practices for performance management and calibration.
• Design career paths, job levels, and promotion criteria across functions.
• Create job grading and evaluation frameworks; ensure internal equity.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and mobility initiatives.
• Establish employee engagement measurement and retention strategies.
• Set up people analytics and HRIS dashboards to inform decisions.
