Job summary

Carousell Group and its Laku6 arm are seeking a People Operations & Talent Associate to support Talent Acquisition and People Operations in Indonesia. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with internship experience in HR preferred.

You will help manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and HR admin across multiple markets including Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia. You will collaborate with the People Team to ensure smooth recruitment, employee administration, and day-to-day HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Internship or hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, or People Operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling administrative tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs/Slides) or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives when required.
• Prepare and maintain employee documents, including employment contracts and onboarding documents.
• Update and maintain employee data in HR systems (e.g. Talenta).
• Assist in payroll preparation and attendance-related administration.
• Support HR documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
• Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
