Job summary

Redwoodsdigital is a full-service agency that helps businesses grow through strategy, creativity, and technology. We are seeking a proactive intern to assist in screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining HR docs within our People & Culture team in Tangerang, Indonesia.

The role offers hands-on experience across onboarding prep, databases, and employer branding activities. Working hours are 10:00–18:00, 4 days in-office and 1 day remote, for a 4-month internship, ideal for final-year

• Fresh graduate or final-year student in related fields.
• Interest in people operations and recruitment.
• Able to commit full-time for the internship period.

How recruitment works across a multi-brand creative ecosystem.

Hands-on experience in talent sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.

Exposure to employer branding initiatives and HR communications.

Understanding of onboarding processes and people operations.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple brands.
