tiket.com is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You will source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and publish postings across platforms, while maintaining strong candidate experience and using ATS for tracking.

You will collaborate with HR and hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies and meet hiring goals. The role requires 3+ years in recruitment, English fluency, excellent communication, and the ability to handle

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, either in-house, agency, or freelance with minimum experience in recruitment.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing tools.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

Your Main Duties In Flying With Us
