Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group in Indonesia is seeking an HR Operation Staff (payroll-focused) to handle payroll calculations and HRIS administration, BPJS administration, staff contracts, and orientation services. The role supports smooth HR operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of payroll or administrative experience, with strong communication and teamwork. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and ASAP joining is a plus.
