Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in HR Administration, Payroll, or HR Operations.
• Good understanding of employee administration and payroll processes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with a large volume of employee data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with HR systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process attendance and overtime to support payroll.
• Prepare operator payroll, payslips, and tax data.
• Calculate employee termination-related payments.
• Coordinate employee bank account matters with banking partners.
• Manage employee data and HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare employment contracts, employee appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Handle employee movement and resignation administration, including promotion, demotion, rotation, and exit documentation.
• Compile employee headcount, turnover, payroll, and other HR reports.
• Handle PKWT reporting to Disnaker.
