Job summary

PT LiuGong Finance Indonesia, headquartered in North Jakarta, seeks an experienced Payroll & HR Operations Specialist. You will manage end-to-end monthly payroll, ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations, and handle BPJS and tax related duties. You will also maintain payroll data and support HR admin tasks while conducting market salary surveys.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong Excel skills; English fluency is essential and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
1–3 years of payroll, HR operations, or similar experience.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations and PPh 21.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to handle confidential payroll information.
Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processes.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculation and payment.
Administer BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and PPh 21.
Maintain payroll data including attendance, leave, overtime, and status changes.
Prepare payroll reports and audit documentation.
Assist HR data reporting and other HR admin tasks.
Conduct salary, compensation, and benefit surveys.
