Job summary

PT LiuGong Finance Indonesia seeks a Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses on financial reporting, business analysis, and compliance within a dynamic financial services environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of Finance & Accounting experience, understands PSAK and OJK regulations, and can coordinate with HQ, auditors, and banks. Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Actuarial / Mathematics or a related field from reputable university.
• 3–4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably within a multifinance, leasing, or financial services company.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, financial statement analysis, budgeting, month-end closing, and accounting principles.
• Familiar with OJK regulations, PSAK, and regulatory reporting applicable to the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP Hana will be an advantage
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Mandarin proficiency (spoken and/or written) will be a strong advantage, particularly for coordination with Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including journal entries, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports accurately and on time.
• Perform bank, account, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor cash flow, payments, and other finance-related transactions.
• Prepare supporting documents and data for tax reporting and audits.
• Ensure accounting records comply with PSAK, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other relevant parties.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial and accounting records.
