Job summary

PT Super Wahana Tehno is seeking an Accountant to manage accounting and reporting for a designated business unit in Indonesia. The role covers payment proposals, approvals, cheque/bank instruction processing, batch reconciliation, and cash flow management to ensure SLA-based delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting, with at least 1 year of experience, or fresh graduates who show strong numerical and analytical abilities, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with GPA 3.00 or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience as accountant; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Able to work in a team and overtime if close to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create payment proposals and run payments according to defined parameters and frequency.
• Route payment proposals for approval and prepare cheques/bank instructions with approvals.
• Maintain cheque lot number ranges and reconcile payment batches with vendor/bank reports.
• Identify and resolve payment issues; escalate to Payment Processing Team Lead when needed.
• Generate and validate I2P reports and perform cash management for actual and projected cash flow.
• Ensure compliance and eliminate non-standard practices.
