Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 1 year of accounting experience preferred; fresh graduates may apply.
• Candidates must be detail-oriented, numerically proficient and analytical.
• Ability to work in a team and overtime when deadlines approach.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Create payment proposals and run payments based on defined parameters.
• Route payment proposals for approval.
• Prepare cheques/GIRO/bank instructions and obtain approvals.
• Maintain cheque lot number range for the unit.
• Generate, review, and reconcile payment batches with vendor/bank reports and invoices.
• Identify and resolve payment issues; escalate when needed.
• Generate I2P reports as required.
• Perform cash management for Actual and Projected Cash Flow.
• Eliminate non-standard practices and ensure compliance.
