Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of card payment processing, reconciliation, clearing and settlement.
• Experience with card management platforms and payment systems implementations.
• Understanding of client transaction processing and payment network operations.
• Experience supporting banking or financial services clients.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support reconciliation engine configuration and optimization for client platforms.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to resolve issues.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
• Provide knowledge transfer and post-go-live support as needed.
