Job summary

EY is seeking experienced professionals to support Card Management System transformation, migration, and payment-system integration for banks and financial institutions. The role covers CMS/CMP implementation, settlement design, and integration with Visa/Mastercard, domestic networks, SNAP, BI-FAST, and RTGS.

You will analyse ISO 8583/20022 message flows, support certification, testing, and production readiness with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT, CS, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance or related field.
5–12 years of experience in banking, cards, payments, or fintech.
Hands-on with CMS/CMP, debit/credit card issuing, migration, and payment-system integration.
Strong knowledge of card issuing and transaction lifecycles: authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, reversals, disputes.
Experience with Visa/Mastercard and domestic networks; familiarity with SNAP and BI-FAST.
Experience with PCI-DSS compliant systems or cardholder data environments.
Experience with Fraud Detection/Management systems, including monitoring and workflows.
Knowledge of ISO 8583 and ISO 20022; familiarity with SWIFT and RTGS.

Responsibilities

Lead functional design and delivery for CMS/CMP implementation and migration.
Design end-to-end card issuing lifecycle requirements: onboarding, PIN, activation, limits and servicing.
Analyse data flows, gaps, cutover sequencing, reconciliation controls and stabilisation.
Lead integration across international schemes and domestic networks, including validation and testing.
Design settlements, reconciliation and fraud controls; govern risk, exceptions and reporting.
