Job summary

Indodana is seeking a senior sales lead based in Indonesia to identify and cultivate partnerships with online merchants and strategic partners, aligning with company objectives. You will acquire and onboard merchants for Indodana PayLater, develop growth strategies, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.

Collaboration with marketing and product teams will drive campaign success and feature development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or related fields.
Proven experience in a target-driven environment with high mobility.
Prior fintech/banking industry experience preferred.
Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets and Google Docs.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships with merchants and strategic partners.
Acquire and manage online merchants and ensure smooth onboarding for Indodana PayLater.
Develop customer acquisition strategies and drive short-term growth.
Drive growth of Indodana PayLater by establishing partnerships with online merchants (website/mobile).
Negotiate with clients or partners to reach mutually beneficial terms.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners and introduce new programs to expand partnerships.
Monitor and evaluate partnership programs for profitable collaboration.
Collaborate with Marketing on sales growth campaigns and with Product on feature development.
