Job summary

PT Dwi Cermat Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager for Paylater (Online Merchant) to build and manage strategic merchant partnerships across Indonesia, focusing on online sellers and onboarding aligned with Indodana PayLater solutions.

You will identify opportunities, drive merchant acquisition, negotiate favorable terms, and collaborate with Marketing and Product to develop campaigns and product improvements that accelerate growth and profitability in a fast-moving

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or related fields.
Experience in a target-driven environment with high mobility.
Prior fintech/banking experience preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships with merchants and strategic partners.
Acquire and manage online merchants with onboarding aligned to Indodana PayLater solutions.
Develop customer acquisition strategies and drive short-term growth.
Drive growth by establishing new merchant partnerships for online sales (website/app).
Conduct negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Maintain relationships with clients and partners and introduce new programs.
Monitor and evaluate partnership programs for profitability.
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and with Product on feature development.
