Job summary

TP in Indonesia seeks an energetic Community & Partnership Associate to build and strengthen relationships with universities, government institutions, communities, and other partners. You will drive partnership initiatives, expand sourcing channels, and organize recruitment-related events.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly mobile, and skilled in networking, stakeholder management, and fostering strategic collaborations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Community Partnership, Recruitment, or related fields.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-mobility environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with universities, government institutions, communities, job portals, and other partners.
Identify and manage new sourcing channels to meet hiring objectives and maintain talent pipelines.
Represent the company in external meetings, networking events, and campus engagements.
Plan and execute recruitment and partnership-related events such as job fairs and campus talks.
Demonstrate networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with external partners.
Monitor partnership performance and recruitment activities; prepare reports and recommendations.
Be highly energetic and comfortable in a high-mobility environment with frequent visits.
