Job summary

TP Vision in Bali, Indonesia seeks a motivated Community & Partnership Associate to build relationships with universities, government bodies, communities, and job portals while driving recruitment initiatives and employer branding.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year in community partnerships or related fields, excellent English and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace. The role requires high mobility and frequent travel to partners and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in Community Partnership, Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, Business Development, External Relations, Event Management, or related fields.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-mobility environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glints is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, schools, government institutions, communities, job portals, and other strategic partners to support recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
• Identify and manage new sourcing channels and partnership opportunities to meet hiring objectives and maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
• Represent the company in external meetings, networking events, career fairs, campus engagement programs, and partnership discussions.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment and partnership-related events such as job fairs, career talks, workshops, and campus hiring programs.
• Demonstrate networking, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills when engaging with external partners.
• Monitor partnership performance, recruitment activities, and sourcing effectiveness; prepare reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Be energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working in a high-mobility environment with frequent partner, campus, government office, and event visits.
