Kopernik is a Bali-based NGO/tech NGO driving social impact through field programs, partnerships, and research. We seek a Partnerships & Business Development Analyst to manage visits for donors and partners while building collaborations across sectors.
You will coordinate visits, develop funding proposals, and contribute to socio-economic fieldwork and analysis across agriculture, water, energy, health, and education. Indonesian and English fluency is required.

THE POSITION
Location: Ubud, Bali
Kopernik is looking for a Partnerships & Business Development Analyst to lead how we host and engage the people who come to see our work. The core of the role is organizing visits for donors, clients, partners, and the public, from bespoke field visits for funders and corporate clients through to our Visit Kopernik! tour program. Around that, the role builds partnerships across the public and private sectors, develops funding proposals, supports our spin-off entities, and contributes to fieldwork and socio-economic research across agriculture, water and sanitation, energy, and health. We're looking for someone who is comfortable running logistics and relationships at the same time, can analyze and communicate data clearly, and can move easily between donors, corporate clients, academics, innovators, local partners, and communities.

This position would be under a fixed term employment contract for 12 months (renewable based on performance result) with the expected remuneration IDR 8,500,000 gross (depending on the experience and qualification of the successful candidate) and other benefits (THR, compensation pay, BPJS, private health insurance and 18 days of leave entitlement).
