Job summary

Astro is Indonesia's first on-demand platform delivering groceries and essentials in 15 minutes, 24/7. We are seeking a Partnership Associate to build and manage brand partnerships, turning opportunities into campaigns and promotions.

You will join a growing team, take ownership, work with data, and move quickly to turn opportunities into action, especially in Fresh & Frozen categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, Account Management, or a related field.
• Experience managing partnerships with brands, vendors, or business partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with branded partners to support business plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Identify and acquire new branded partners, particularly within the Fresh & Frozen categories.
• Coordinate and execute end-to-end campaigns and promotional initiatives with partners.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, Campaign, Ads, and other cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives and execution.
• Analyze internal data and market insights to identify opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations for campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance and partner activities to ensure initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
• Support ongoing partnership initiatives and other ad hoc projects as the team continues to grow and evolve.

About this position:

As a Partnership Associate, you’ll be at the heart of building meaningful partnerships with brands and turning them into impactful campaigns and promotional initiatives. From acquiring new partners and maintaining existing relationships to bringing campaigns from idea to execution, you’ll work closely with multiple teams to make things happen.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes and priorities.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership beyond the assigned scope.
• Experience in campaign or promotional management is a plus.
• Experience working with Fresh & Frozen products is a plus.
