Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain).
• Experience managing vendors and projects.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Minimum 5 years as Hub Area Manager or similar in logistics/e-commerce.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Strong leadership to develop and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans to achieve KPI results and align with goals.
• Prepare hub resources planning (manpower, equipment, space) for volume changes.
• Create and maintain hub SOPs and processes.
• Identify improvements to hub performance and report findings to management.
• Oversee daily operations to meet SLA and policy compliance.
• Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving in the hub area.
• Monitor hub performance in service, cost, productivity, and efficiency.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly hub performance reports.

About this Position

We are looking for a Hub Manager who is responsible for overseeing daily hub operations, optimizing resources and operational performance, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve service level agreements (SLA), productivity, cost efficiency, and operational excellence in a dynamic logistics environment.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Develop strategic plans to achieve KPI results; Sets quantifiable expectations that align with the company goals.
• Develop tactical hub planning in terms of resources (manpower, equipment, space, etc) in line with fluctuation of weekly/monthly volume within his/her area.
• Develop and maintain Hub standard operating procedures & processes in assigned areas.
• Analyze and propose new ways of working to the management in order to improve the overall Hub performance.
• Oversee daily operations to meet SLA and ensure full compliance of hub operational process & policies.
• Lead the troubleshooting efforts on the assigned area hub and solve the problems.
• Monitor & update hub operational performance in terms of its service, cost, productivity & efficiency.
• Establish & keep track of daily/weekly/monthly hub performance report in terms of its services, productivity, efficiency & cost.
• Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.

Job Requirements

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree from Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or any related field.
• Good knowledge in vendor’s management & project management
• Has experience in inventory management
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Hub Area Manager from a Logistic , E-commerce background.
• Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.
• Strong sense of need for achievement of goals and successes.
• Outgoing with a positive and proactive approach.
• Has a positive approach to work with a flexible can-do attitude.
• Leadership skills to influence, attract, motivate and develop team members for high performance
• Strong background in managing people/staff in multiple levels
• Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
