Job summary

StickEarn is seeking a Partner Engagement Admin to support the PE team by managing community data, daily operations, and coordinating between internal teams and drivers. You will handle referral data, address driver and community complaints, maintain dashboards, assist events, and help acquire new communities while keeping data accurate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Prior experience in administrative support or community management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling data.
• Effective communication skills across teams and with community needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic design skills (e.g. Canva) are a plus.
• Willing to work on-site and support field activities or events when needed.

Responsibilities

• Process and update referral data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle driver complaints related to payment processes and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Manage community-related complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when needed.
• Maintain and monitor community performance data to support internal reporting.
• Support the execution of community events, including logistics, communication, and on-site support.
• Assist in the exploration of new community leads and opportunities to expand engagement.
• Support the acquisition of new communities and onboarding activities.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Assist in team coordination, including scheduling and taking Minutes of Meeting.
