Job summary

StickEarn, a digital advertising technology company, is seeking a Junior Compliance Staff to support regulatory compliance, licensing, governance documentation, and reporting. You will work closely with the Legal team and relevant business units to ensure regulatory requirements are properly monitored and implemented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internships in Legal/Compliance a plus.
• Basic understanding of business licensing, OSS, and NIB.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven.
• Good communication and coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage OSS, NIB, and other regulatory registrations.
• Handle Bapenda-related regulatory matters.
• Maintain annual and group reports.
• Monitor deadlines via regulatory calendar.
• Track regulatory changes and assess impact.
• Prepare memos, SOPs, and governance documents.
• Coordinate audits and information requests.
• Escalate issues to the manager.
