We are looking for a (Part-Time) Admin Support to assist in the growth of Timedoor Academy by supporting branch operations, partner coordination, market research, and the development of new partnership opportunities across the Asia region.
Handle branch operational administration, including scheduling, reporting, documentation, and cross-team coordination.
Monitor and evaluate branch performance through regular discussions, consultations, and operational support.
Assist in conducting basic market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential partnership opportunities.
Assist in preparing, monitoring, and following up on commission, royalty, and licensing reports for branches or overseas partners across the Asia region.
Assist in monitoring and preparing partner performance reports, covering sales, student growth, and marketing activities.
Support the Leader in coordinating the implementation of partnerships and exploring new collaboration or partnership opportunities across the Asia region.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, or a related field.
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand operational and business data.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; good command of English is preferred, especially for communication and coordination with overseas partners.
