Job summary

Takeda's Tambun, Bekasi site in Indonesia seeks a dedicated production packaging specialist with GMP background to join a fast-paced team.

You will supervise basic packaging tasks, operate forklifts in controlled environments, assist in scheduling, and apply basic quality controls to ensure safety and compliance.

A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Apothecary and at least one year in pharmaceutical packaging or production are required, with willingness to work a 3-shift system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy/Apothecary.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical packaging or manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading a team in packaging or production.
• Solid understanding of GMP within a pharmaceutical context.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and be placed at Takeda’s Tambun – Bekasi site.

Responsibilities

• Apply GMP principles under supervision to ensure compliance and safety.
• Perform simple palletizing tasks under supervision.
• Maintain sanitation in packaging areas.
• Do basic arithmetic for production measurements.
• Develop troubleshooting skills for simple equipment issues with guidance.
• Ensure attention to detail for accuracy in packaging.
• Participate in team activities and contribute to group goals.
• Apply basic quality control to routine packaging tasks with coaching.
• Operate forklifts in controlled environments with safety procedures.
• Assist in production scheduling to ensure timely operations.
• Use basic automation technologies in packaging under guidance.

Requirement :

• Min, Education : Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy/Apothecary

• Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within a pharmaceutical context
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shift priorities
