Job summary

PT Inovator Nutrisi Sehat is hiring for a Packaging Development role based in Sleman. You will design innovative packaging solutions, drive development projects, and coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality Control, and Purchasing to ensure quality and timely delivery.

You will identify new materials, validate specs, and manage color standards and print proofs while improving packaging processes. A creative, detail-oriented team player with strong communication is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (all majors)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Packaging Development or R&D of packaging products, preferably in food and beverage industry
• Knowledge of packaging processes and printing
• Understanding of packaging materials, functions, and compatibility between materials and products
• Creative, innovative, and fast learner
• Detail-oriented with ability to perform repetitive work
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop packaging design for new or existing products with innovative and attractive solutions
• Manage packaging development projects and ensure timely execution according to plan
• Coordinate and collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality Control, and Purchasing teams
• Identify alternative materials and suppliers to improve quality and cost efficiency
• Validate packaging specifications, conduct physical testing, and ensure designs meet quality, functional, safety, regulatory, and aesthetic standards
• Understand packaging specifications, artwork approval, color standards, and print proofs
• Implement improvements related to packaging materials and packing processes
• Conduct market research
