Job summary

Swiss-Belhotel International in Manokwari, Indonesia, seeks a capable hospitality professional to oversee Outlet operations and ensure courteous service across the team. You will coordinate tasks, review reservations, and train staff to uphold standards.

You will address guest issues, manage VIPs, and ensure accurate billing and service delivery while maintaining professionalism and teamwork across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating tasks and operations of the Outlet.
• Project courtesy and professional behaviour with guests and colleagues at all times.
• Review reservations to maximise utilisation and manage overbookings.
• Handle VIP guests as required.
• Ensure guests are greeted and assisted according to standards.
• Spot check outputs to meet established standards.
• Assist with buffet setup, display and service.
• Adhere to department billing, cashiering and cash float procedures.
• Address charge disputes and discrepancies when needed.
• Participate in training and induction for new staff.
• Deliver training programs and coordinate with HR and trainers.
• Coach staff in service standards and SOPs.
